Two-bedroom apartments are available in Mulberry House or Woodland View. Woodland View properties benefit from an allocated parking space in the underground car park which has lift access to all floors.  The front door, which has dual height spy-holes, opens on to a wide L-shaped hallway with video entry system, a cupboard with hanging space for coats and a further double cupboard that houses the washing machine/dryer while providing additional storage space.

The main bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and ensuite shower room with non-slip floor, glass shower screen and fitted, illuminated wall-mounted vanity unit.  The second bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and ensuite shower room that can also be accessed from the hallway.  The L-shaped open plan sitting room has double doors that open on to the private glass balcony.  The fully fitted kitchen has a full range of integrated Neff appliances including a dishwasher, eye-level oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave plus fitted wall and base units and worktops.

Ground floor apartments have their own private enclosed garden.  Pets are allowed in the ground floor properties.  Our two-bedroom properties range in size from 759 sq. ft to 1055 sq. ft (71sq.m to 98 sq.m).

All our apartments are designed with the future in mind to enable easy living.  With wide, mobility friendly hallways, there is a video entry system, a mobility scooter charging point outside the front door and a 24-hour call line that connects to our reception team via a pendant, bracelet or the pull cords in the apartment.
