Three bedroom, three bathroom duplex apartments are available in Mulberry House and Woodland View, offering superbly spacious and flexible accommodation over two floors.  In addition to generous internal space of 1,808 sq ft, these three bedroom duplexes also offer private outside space with a wraparound balcony off the living room and a roof garden accessed from the upper floor.  The properties in Woodland View benefit from an allocated parking space in the underground car park which has lift access to all floors.

On entering a three bedroom duplex you find a wide L-shaped entrance hallway offering two large storage cupboards, one of which houses the washer / drier, and a separate guest cloakroom.    Off the hallway are bedrooms two and three, one at the front of the property and one at the rear. Both of these bedrooms are spacious doubles each with their own ensuite shower room.  The shower rooms feature a non-slip floor, glass shower screen and fitted, illuminated wall-mounted vanity unit.  Bedroom two (at the rear of the property) also features its own private glass balcony and two large built-in wardrobes.
