Three-bedroom apartments are available in Mulberry House or Woodland View. Woodland View properties benefit from an allocated parking space in the underground car park which has lift access to all floors.

Our three-bedroom apartments offer flexible and adaptable accommodation with a very good sized sitting/dining room.  The front door, which has dual height spy-holes, opens on to a wide, spacious hallway with video entry system, a cupboard housing the water heater and a further double cupboard with storage and hanging space.

The master bedroom has built-in storage and its own en-suite shower room with non-slip floor and fitted, illuminated wall-mounted vanity unit.  Bedrooms two and three also feature fitted cupboards.

A second shower room with glass screen and fitted illuminated wall mounted vanity unit can be found off the hallway.

The large sitting room has high ceilings with recessed spotlights and provides access to the private, glass balcony, garden or terrace (the outside space is different in each three-bedroom apartment).  A glass panelled door opens on to the fully fitted kitchen which has a range of integrated Neff appliances including a dishwasher, washer / drier, eye-level oven, hob, extractor, fridge, freezer and microwave plus fitted wall and base units with carousels and spice racks providing useful storage.

All ground floor apartments have their own private enclosed garden.  Pets are allowed in the ground floor properties.  Our three-bedroom properties are approx. 1356 (126 sq.m)

All our apartments are designed with the future in mind to enable easy living.  With wide, mobility friendly hallways, there is a video entry system, a mobility scooter charging point outside the front door and a 24-hour call line that connects to our reception team via a pendant, bracelet or pull cords placed around the apartment.
