Lynwood Village is now open for pre-arranged property viewings!
If you’re ready to embrace life in a vibrant, supportive community, we’re ready to help you choose your new home at Lynwood Village. If you’d like to visit the village to view the beautiful properties you think could be your new home, now you can! Working to government guidelines we’ve put procedures in place to keep you, and the people living and working at Lynwood Village, safe while viewing properties.
Here’s how it works:
1. Call our sales team
all visits to Lynwood Village must be planned, it’s no longer possible to turn up for an impromptu tour, so your first step is to call our helpful sales team. You can tell them what you’re looking for and they can advise which properties might suit you and send you information about available properties, village facilities and services by post or by email.
Tel: 01344 874250 from 10am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and by appointment on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
2. Take a virtual tour!
On our website (www.lynwoodvillage.co.uk) you can take virtual tours of a one-bedroom apartment, a two-bedroom apartment, a two-bedroom duplex and a cottage. Taking these tours should help you with deciding which properties you’d like to view in real life. Don’t forget to call our sales team if you have any questions, they know the village inside out and are on hand to help every step of the way.
3. Book your viewing appointment.
Our sales team will call you (or you can call them!) to book your viewing appointment. In accordance with the guidelines you have to choose which homes to view before your visit because all properties have to be sanitised and prepared in advance.
4. Arriving at the village.
You can bring up to two additional people with you for the property viewing. Any additional guests will be asked to wait in reception while you view the property, before being taken to view it themselves.
- On arrival at the village you will be asked to wait in reception where a member of the sales team will meet you (we can’t shake your hand but we will greet you warmly!).
- You will have your temperature taken and be asked to sanitise your hands.
- We will then ask you to record your name(s) and address(es) in our visitor book.
- You will be offered gloves (these are optional) and you are welcome to wear your own face covering or we can provide one (face coverings are compulsory unless you have a medical condition that makes you exempt).
5. The viewing!
You will be escorted to the property you have chosen to view. Sadly, we are not currently permitted to conduct tours of the whole village and all its wonderful amenities, but we can give you plenty of information about the facilities, services, social life and support.
You are welcome to take the lift to the required floor. Tissues will be provided with which to press the lift buttons. Your salesperson will meet you on the landing outside the lift to take you to the property you are viewing. All the doors inside the property will be left open and you are asked to avoid touching anything.
The salesperson will wait outside the property while you look around. Once you’ve seen enough, we will escort you back to reception where we will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Finally, you will be asked to sanitise your hands before signing out. We will then sanitise the property ready for the next viewing.
Your salesperson will call you a day or so after the viewing to see if you’re ready to make a reservation. With the stamp duty holiday there has never been a better time to buy – or to sell – so, with only a few new-builds left, we’d recommend acting sooner rather than later!
Call our sales team now on 01344 874250. We’re ready when you are!
